Lexi Suter

A cornerstone of McNamee Hosea, Lexi has been the Firm Administrator at McNamee Hosea for more than 20 years. Lexi ensures that internal systems, staff support, and fiscal processes operate with efficiency, consistency, and integrity. Throughout her tenure, Lexi has developed deep expertise in HR strategy, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and financial workflow management. She also plays a key role in policy development and long-range administrative planning for the firm. Her work strengthens both the attorney teams and the client experience by keeping the firm’s administrative foundation running seamlessly.

Beyond her work at McNamee Hosea, Lexi is actively involved in the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA), where she serves on the Education Committee and contributes to professional development initiatives for legal administrators across the region.

Outside the office, Lexi is a dedicated dance mom and loyal University of Maryland Terps fan. She was a former cheerleader for the Terps and the Baltimore Ravens. She has been an Assistant Coach for the University of Maryland’s Cheerleading program since 2003, where she helped the program win 6 national championships. She is married to Steve Suter, former University of Maryland All-American punt and kick returner.
