About Natalie Burns

Natalie Burns is an Assistant Firm Administrator at McNamee Hosea and has been a valued member of the Firm since 2008. With nearly two decades of experience, Natalie plays a key role in supporting firmwide operations, attorney teams, and client service functions.

Natalie began her career at the firm as a file clerk before transitioning to a position in the bankruptcy group, serving as a bankruptcy paralegal from 2008 to 2013. In this position, Natalie supported attorneys in the Firm’s representation of clients in complex individual and commercial bankruptcy cases.  Her paralegal experience provides a strong foundation for her understanding of the firm’s legal workflows and the needs of both clients and attorneys, and support staff.

In her current role, Natalie’s responsibilities include firm management, staff coordination, human resource support, and operational planning. She also works closely with Firm Management and the Billing Manager to support and manage the firm’s accounts receivable, collections, and related financial processes, contributing directly to the firm’s financial health.

Outside of her role at the Firm, Natalie is active in her community and enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two sons.
