McNamee Hosea is pleased to announce the addition of Alexis Y. Brown to the firm as an Associate in its Business, Banking, Commercial Real Estate and Transactional practice areas.
Alexis graduated from American University in Washington, D.C., where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (2004). She received her J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law (2009). During law school, Alexis worked for the Office of the Attorney General in the Consumer Protection Division. She was admitted to the Maryland Bar in June 2011.
Alexis brings to McNamee Hosea substantial experience in real estate transactions, detailed examination of real estate titles, preparation of title insurance commitments, resolving title defects and handled real estate and other business and transactional closings. Most recently, Alexis has been working as special counsel in Baltimore, Maryland. Ms. Brown is eager to serve both current and future clients with the exceptional service they have come to expect.
