Elizabeth L. Wichlacz

Elizabeth Wichlacz is an Associate in the firm’s Transactions Group, where she assists clients with a range of business and real estate matters. Her work includes drafting both simple and complex documents related to entity formation and real estate transactions. Supportive, detail-oriented, and an active listener, Elizabeth takes pride in helping clients understand the legal and practical considerations that shape their business decisions and goals.

Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Elizabeth earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Central Florida, where she studied prior to attending law school. Before beginning her legal career, she worked in marketing and hospitality, experiences that strengthened her ability to connect with clients from diverse industries and backgrounds.

Elizabeth’s approach to client service emphasizes collaboration, diligence, and open communication. She strives to create an environment where clients feel heard, informed, and confident in the process.

Outside the office, Elizabeth enjoys taking dance classes—ranging from ballet and tap to jazz—playing the piano, and reading historical fiction.
