About Kelly S. Kylis

Kelly is an experienced trial attorney and knows that diligent and thorough preparation is the key to success.  She represents businesses and individuals in cases involving premises liability, personal injury litigation, commercial litigation, and administrative matters in Maryland and the District of Columbia.  Kelly has handled litigation matters in both state and federal courts up through and including jury trials.  Kelly has also successfully briefed and argued appeals in both the Appellate Court and Supreme Court of Maryland.

In addition to vigorously representing her clients in court, Kelly is creative and responsive to her clients’ needs and pursues all available opportunities for dispute resolution to ensure efficient and conscientious results.  Kelly’s goal is to solve her clients’ legal issues in the most effective, efficient and positive manner possible.

Outside of court, Kelly can usually be found on or around horses.  She participates in mounted fox chasing and is a member of the Marlborough Hunt Club.
