“Zoning is strategy. Development is diplomacy. Success is knowing the terrain. I am not only committed to navigating land use and zoning law with precision, purpose, and persistence to ensure that every development tells a story, but to also make sure it’s one that gets built.”

About Matthew C. Tedesco

Born and raised in a local law enforcement family, Matt chose to build his career not by enforcing the law, but by helping to shape and practice it. As a seasoned land use and zoning attorney, he represents local, regional, and national clients in all aspects of real estate development — from entitlements and approvals to strategic negotiations and implementation.

With deep experience navigating complex regulatory frameworks, Matt has earned a reputation for his ability to align private development goals with public policy. He maintains strong working relationships with federal, state, and local agencies, elected officials, community stakeholders, engineers, and consultants — leveraging those connections to advance his clients’ interests efficiently and effectively.

Known for his energy, determination, and collaborative approach, Matt is a results-driven advocate who brings both legal skill and strategic insight to every project. He is a trusted team player who understands how to move projects forward — in the hearing room, at the negotiating table, and in the community.

Fun fact: Matthew has an identical twin brother — who is also an attorney.
