McNamee Hosea is pleased to welcome Loishirl W. Hall as an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Group. Loishirl is a commercial litigation attorney who represents businesses and financial institutions in complex disputes involving contracts, real estate, and other high-value matters. She guides clients through every stage of litigation, from early case assessment and strategy to discovery, motion practice, and trial, always focused on protecting their legal and financial interests. Her approach combines careful analysis with practical business judgment to help clients resolve disputes efficiently and move forward with confidence.
She was drawn to the legal profession by a desire to advocate zealously for clients in meaningful, high stakes matters. Loishirl takes a thoughtful, client-centered approach, beginning with listening closely to understand each client’s goals and concerns. She then develops strategies aligned with those objectives, ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process.
Loishirl earned her B.A. in Political Science and Psychological Sciences from LaGrange College, her M.A. in Law from Regent University School of Law, and her J.D. from the University of the District of Columbia.
